Letter of God

Rome, 13th February 2005 - h. 10:30 a.m

First Sunday of Lent (Year A)

Our Lady - Praised be Jesus Christ, my dear children. It is always with a great joy that I come in your midst to ask you, as always, for prayers, prayers and prayers. What else can God tell you more after He has given you so many letters? The main point is that you succeed to go ahead, to walk forth always. I ask more strength, especially from the youth, be more courageous with everybody, always guided by love, love for the babies, who are a treasure. The babies are their parents’ joy. Why do I always invite you to pray? Because there is much, much need of prayers. Do some sacrifices too, some little sacrifices, some fasting, I won’t say for all the day long for those who cannot do it, but at least for a part, and offer it to God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.

Suffering brings you to be better, more sensitive and to understand the people who suffer.

Your sister doesn’t want me to say it, but last night she has lived the passion in three surges, three surges of suffering, of long and intense suffering for the souls, but above all for the Church. Your Bishop says he has the Church on his back. It is true, he has the Church on his back, but he has also the men of the Church on his back: in this moment the walls are less heavy than the men of the Church.

Pray, convert, believe to the Gospel. You have received the ashes: "Remember, man, dust you were and dust you will return". This should not worry you, for if you walk as I have told you to, you will reach Heaven.

Have you seen how easy it is for God to help a soul? Friday you knew that grandfather Amedeo is saved. Little Marisa has asked if he has both of his legs. Yes, he has both of them. Your sister has seen grandmother Speranza while hugging her mama, she has seen Andrea at the gates of Heaven and many other souls; this is a great joy for everybody. It is a pity that someone would still not understand all this, but little by little he will convert. My dear children, this is the beauty and the greatness of the love of God. You have seen how someone who has received a little and has given a little is saved. Instead, those who have received one hundred, must give one hundred and ten, one hundred and twenty. At times it is easier for a non-converted person, a non-believer, to succeed to be saved, than a person who has received so much from God. It is difficult to be saved for those who have received much if they keep on sinning, offending Jesus, but those who have received a little and do not offend Jesus can be saved. If all of you keep on walking this path will be saved, for you give what you are able to give.

Help your Bishop and celebrate him. He, as always, doesn’t want to be celebrated, but you celebrate him. When you will see him dressed in full trim, all of you will be happy.

Courage, my dear children, a person must try to be more cautious, to be more careful and no longer do what he can do. God helps, but you know the say: "God helps those who help themselves".

Marisa - Those who are saved and are in Heaven are all beautiful. Today too there is grandmother Speranza embraced to her daughter Iolanda. Grandfather Amedeo is saved and has both of his legs, he is very handsome. Andrea is at the gates of Heaven. Antonio, Francesco, Bruno, Silvano, Pietro and all the others are saved, not because they have done great things, God knows to whom to ask the great things.

Our Lady - Courage and go ahead. Start to prepare the feast for your Bishop, he is the only Bishop ordained by God and has no other priest around him, he has only laymen who are fond of him; I hope it is like that at least. Together with my and your Bishop I bless you, your dear ones, your sacred articles. I bless your families, the sick. I hold all of you tight in my heart and I cover you with my maternal mantle. Go in the peace of God Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.

Courage, little Marisa, I know the passion is awful; courage, if you would only know how many souls you save!

Marisa - Must the Bishop and I leave at once?

Our Lady - No, you leave during the night and by daylight you are at home.

Marisa - Actually during the night I suffer a lot. However, let it be as God wills. I have done always His will and I will always do it, even if I grumble, even if I often say: "Take me away, away, but I know I still have something to do".

Our Lady - My dear children, thank you for your attendance. Together with my and your Bishop I bless you, your dear ones, your sacred articles. I hold all of you tight in my heart and I cover you with my maternal mantle.

Marisa - It is the second time you are blessing us.

Our Lady - Does it hurt you?

Marisa - No, it doesn’t.

Our Lady - Go in the peace of God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. Praised be Jesus Christ.

Marisa - Bye-bye. Bye-bye, mama; bye-bye, grandmother; bye-bye, everybody.
