Jesus, you have bled in this host to tangibly and visibly show Your love.
Today we are gathering, like a brood of chickens under the wings of the hen, to praise You and to celebrate You with all the saints and angels of Heaven, especially with the Mother of the Eucharist, because, seven years ago, you have realized the Triumph of the Eucharist and you have carried off the victory on your enemies.
They were removing You from the Church centrality, they were trying to diminish the Eucharistic mystery to a simple commemoration, they were keeping apart the souls from the Angels' bread, and you have endured for a long time these despicable and proud attempts by some men in the Church, but eventually You triumphed over them, as you triumphed over death.
for Your Triumph You have used two small, simple and weak creatures, to the one you have given the Episcopate and to the other the gift of clairvoyance and the intimate and profound sharing of Your passion. To the Bishop's courage and to the Seer's suffering, together with the lively and vibrant participation of a few other creatures, you have awarded Your victory, not because we could make a difference, but because you are God, and when You want something, nothing and no one can resist.
In this solemn moment and in the intimate union with You, we wish to hear you talking in order to refresh, if there were a need of it, the memory of the great announcement of the Triumph of the Eucharist. Here we are God, we listen to You with all our faults, with all our limitations, but also, and You know it, with all the love that we have continually shown for You.
