August 1996 Messages

14th August 1996, h.9:00 p.m. (vigil for the feast of the Assumption - message of Our Lady)
- Our Lady: “ My beloved sons, once again I am here among you so that people can realize what God is asking of them: God has asked this prayer vigil not for Himself, but for you and for all mankind. But there has not been a good reply. History is repeating itself because all the wedding guests have invented an excuse and they have not come. Nevertheless all the people were informed about the vigil for the feast (Note: August 15th) which, after all, is not my great feast, but it is your feast.
Why are people continuing to put God in the last place? We are always ready to do everything in our interest, but when God calls, we don’ t answer! I have called you in the name of God: God has said to me to tell you that I am the Servant of God, I am the Servant of you and so people called by God are the servants of the servants. God grows sad for the men who haven’ t yet realized which is the way to go. Everyone, unless he is personally hurt, doesn’ t wake up from his torpor and from his deep sleep.
Frequently the Mother gives warnings, sweet warnings, so that her sons can realize and walk towards God, but God is always put in the last place.
The priests put God in the last place and so also the sisters and the laymen, expecially the leaders and also the visionaries. Who is putting God in the first place? If the Mother is coming here among you, She doesn’ t come to take a walk, She comes because She wants to lead you to holiness and to show you the way to go. I want to correct you. But where are the other people? Where are the people who have been called? Nevertheless they go on asking for graces and for God’ s help!
Love my son Jesus, love the Eucharist, love charity! If you don’ t have charity, my beloved sons, your life is useless. Charity is love and sacrifice. How many times the Mother has said to you that love involves sacrifice! Today I am not in Rome, the Eternal City, in the city which needs for many, many and many prayers. Today I am here among you, in this little place of Liguria: how much God has given to this country, also material and spiritual graces, but now where are the people?
The Mother is repeating Herself and She goes on appearing here and there. But how many people are complaining because She has so much to say, or because She goes on appearing!
Yes, I keep appearing and now I ask you: “Have you changed? Do you truly love Jesus the Eucharist? Perhaps only out of habit do you go to mass and receive Jesus the Eucharist? And only out of habit do you say the Holy Rosary and take part in biblical catechesis, which is the most important thing to do after the mass and the Communion?”.
But the Mother tells you it because She loves you. Collect your thoughts, pray and ask God’ s forgiveness for you and for those people who don’ t answer to the call. Look, when someone is sick you run about everywhere to ask graces, but afterwards where is Jesus the Eucharist?
I have wanted to give you this warning because God has said to Me: “Mary, My Voice, go and tell these my sons that God has given Jesus on the Cross for everybody, that Jesus died for all mankind” (Note: Now Marisa has had a mystical experience of Paradise, because Our Lady has led her for some time to this experience).
My beloved sons, the Mother is fond of you, She loves you much and She wants to lead you towards holiness: but if you are always living in the grace of God here on the Earth, you already have holiness! And you also need joy and amusement, why not? You must have a good time, particularly you, the young people! But, remember that in the meantime many people are weeping!
With the priest I bless you, your dear ones, the sick people and the sick children, I bless your sacred articles and I bring you all inside my heart and I cover you with my maternal mantle. Go in the peace of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Praise be Jesus “.

15th August 1996, h.8:00 p.m. (Feast of the Assumption of the Virgin - message of Our Lady)
- Our Lady: “ My beloved sons, I always help everybody, but not all of them are answering God’ s call. Now it would be easy for you to come in this place today, but the name “Mother of the Eucharist” claims your best and then you try to avoid it, finding other places where there isn' t any engagement. Is it truly so difficult for you to love Jesus the Eucharist and the Mother of the Eucharist? God has given Me this title: “Mother of the Eucharist”.
My beloved sons, you must realize that your ego and your pride have to die, you must be as simple as doves and also prudent: you must have much prudence, but when you are seeing something great that God has decided to do, then you mustn’t draw back: you must not be afraid of speaking about the Mother of the Eucharist.
In some messages, I have noted that men have given Me many titles, which are all beautiful, but the title “Mother of the Eucharist” is the greatest one: it is the title which concludes the history!
This feast (Note: August 15th) is not lived religiously, this feast is only an occasion to have a good time! My beloved sons, you can’ t know how many people pass over the Holy Mass today because they are considering this day only an occasion for their amusement! You are here and you have answered God’ s call, but where are all the others? For this reason I am asking you, just as your Servant and also just as you are servants, to pray for all the people who yet don’ t love the Eucharist. I am not saying to love Mary, the Virgin, the Angels and the Saints! No! I am asking you to love the Eucharist! The Eucharist has triumphed many times among you, but up to now, there have been no answers.
My beloved sons, a sinner’s conversion is easier than that of those people who say they are Christians, realize how to love God! A converted man is already in Paradise! Those people who, day by day draw themselves along, they can’ t grow spiritually.
Are you maybe thinking that your life only comes down to amusement, work, study? There is also the spiritual life and it is very important! And you, do you believe in Paradise? How many years can you stay on the Earth? One hundred years and also more? But finally, what will happen to those people who have not served God or have not loved the Eucharist? For a long time I have been hearing people saying: “God is merciful, God forgives everything!”. Yes! God is merciful, but at the end there will also be justice and God’ s judgement. How many people do not believe in that! At the end, only those people who have loved, will reach Paradise!
But you should yet taste Paradise here on the Earth, when you receive my son Jesus in a state of grace. In that moment you should feel joy and Paradise! And you should feel security and calmness. Yes, now there is a storm and many stresses around you. Yes, there is much disappointment and much bitterness and sometimes it seems that everything is collapsing around you. And that is true for the priest (Note: Don Claudio) and for you, my dear sons. And I, who sees everything, I agree that from a human point of view, sometimes it seems that everything is collapsing around you. But there is my son Jesus, there is God, my All, there is God close to you, to help you if you want it!
You have seen and you have believed, but believing doesn’ t mean just to say: “I believe because I have seen”, but it means to put into practice, to set an example and to bear witness. Many words or speeches are not necessary, example is necessary, witnessing and love, that love which will be visible in Paradise: love for the brother, love for everybody. So I am saying to you: pray for the conversion of mankind, pray for your brothers, pray for your sons and for your parents and don’ t forget the sick people. Pray for those people who are sick and alone!
Now, as your sister is seeing Me, I am dressed in my Sunday best, but the greatest feast is to have your hearts and to see that your hearts are with Jesus the Eucharist. This message of God should invite you to go on and sometimes to grit your teeth and to go on, even if truly it seems that things aren’ t coming off well for you: but things in the world aren’ t going well, things in the Church aren’ t going well! So the Mother invites you to pray for the Holy Pope: pray because when the feast comes to the end, the Pope is alone, just as everyone who truly loves my son Jesus is alone! He is fighting alone and carrying on his shoulders the burden of everybody! In this moment the Mother is silent. She is seeing you, one by one, feeling and seeing your anxieites and your troubles: just now ask Jesus for graces and during the Holy Mass pray very very much for the Church. Pray and receive Jesus in the grace of God and speak with Jesus: speak, because He is a father, a brother, a friend, He is God! Now look at the sky, open your arms and say with Me the Paternoster.
My beloved sons, pray: the Virgin opens history and the Mother of the Eucharist closes history!
Best wishes to you all from Paradise. Pray for those people who haven’ t answered the Almighty God’ s call. Pray also for your priest because his mission is heavy! At least you, who have answered to my call, love him and pray for him.
