Most Blessed Father,
After three years I address again Y.H. to ask you humbly and trustfully to dedicate
a bit of your precious time to examine again my case to readmit me into the
Clergy, because this is God's will.
About my dismissal from the clerical state just one message exists, which was
given to me by card. Ruini by a registered letter, dated November 5, 2002, protocol
#1466/02.
This is the text of the letter sent to me by card. Ruini that has no juridical
value: On October 18, 2002 the Supreme Pontiff John Paul II, in the audience
granted to the Prefect Cardinal of the Congregation, disposed Your immediate
dismissal from the clerical state "ex officio et in poenam, cum dispensatione
ab omnibus oneribus e sacris Ordinibus manantibus". The pontifical decision
must not be considered open to appeal".
On November 16, I received the above-named letter and it was enough for me reading
the name of the sender to understand immediately which was its content. As a
matter of fact, for many years Jesus and Our Lady, as documented by many letters
of God already published, had prepared me to receive and to endure the unfair
condemnation that they defined: " the last Satan's stroke".
Satan fights against the Church and persecutes personally or by means of his
allied those who were entrusted by God with important missions.
With the letter closed in my hand, I went immediately in front of the Crucified,
I knelt down and asked to my Lord strength and grace to endure the devilish
stroke that in God's plans represented my moral death. Then I opened the envelope
and while reading its content "my soul was overwhelmed with sorrow to the
point of death" (Matthew 26,38). In fact I tasted some drops of the chalice
that Jesus drank in the Gethsemane.
When I finished reading I murmured: "Thank you, my God, because you considered
me worthy to suffer for the triumph of the Eucharist in the world and for the
renaissance of the Church. Nobody can either separate me from your love or deprive
me of the priesthood. When, at the moment of my death, I appear before You,
I will show You that it is wet by my blood".
After saying this prayer, I felt my heart flooded by peace and serenity, indeed
all the people who came to comfort me, as the angel did with Jesus (Luke 22,43),
they understood they had been preceded by the Lord.
Anyway I cannot absolutely think that two Popes: John Paul II and Benedict XVI
seriously lacked against charity, they offended the truth and transgressed the
Code of Canon Law; in my opinion it is absurd.
Certainly others, it is not up to me indicating them even if I know their names,
organized the devilish conspiracy to reduce me to the lay state, because in
their opinion my presence in the Clergy was unwelcome and inopportune, as I
could hinder their plans and I could prevent them from gaining the squalid ends
and the low interests they had been pursuing for a long time and that I knew
by supernatural revelation.
Holiness, I fully agree with what you wrote a few days before being elected
Pope, commenting the ninth station of the Via Crucis, celebrated at Colosseum,
attended for the last time also by John Paul II: "Should we not also think
of how much Christ suffers in his own Church? How often do we celebrate only
ourselves, without even realizing that he is there! How often is his Word twisted
and misused! How much filth there is in the Church, and even among those who,
in the priesthood, ought to belong entirely to him! How much pride, how much
self-complacency!".
Anyway what those sirs made by lie and deception collapses before the strength
of truth.
Everybody know that the dismissal from the clerical state can be declared ex
officio, that is without the agreement of the concerned person, but it cannot
be declared by particular law (can. 1317) and, as it is a perpetual penalty,
neither by decree (can. 1342§2). It must be declared only by a collegiate
tribunal of three or five judges (can. 1425).
It can be easily checked that no ecclesiastical tribunal examined my case and
least issued a judgment of condemnation with respect to me.
Card. Ruini wrote that my dismissal from the clerical state was decided and
signed by John Paul II. Who has got the pontifical decree? Why was it never
shown to me, even when I asked it many times? Because didn't card. Ruini attach
to his message at least an authenticated photocopy of the decree?
The only intelligent answer is: because no document signed by John Paul II exists.
Moreover card. Ruini himself informed me that the dismissal from the clerical
state was inflicted on me "in poenam".
The Code of Canon Law establishes that this penalty can be inflicted only if
the clergyman commits one of the crimes indicated by canons 1364, 1367, 1370§1,
1387, 1394§1, 1395.
Which one of these crimes did I commit? Why doesn't card. Ruini accuse me of
committing either one of them?
Also the answer to these questions is simple: I have committed no crimes and
nobody can show the contrary. So I can shout before the whole Church that I
am innocent and that an abuse of power was committed with respect to me.
My innocence is proclaimed especially by God who performed in my hands the greatest,
most important and striking eucharistic miracle among the 185 ones happened
in the thaumaturgical place.
On June 11, 2000, feast of Pentecost, as soon as I finished to say the wording
of the consecration of the bread, blood began to come out from my host and spreading
on a great part of its surface. Time stopped for me and I have remained motionless
for a long time over the host, leant against the altar, staring at the divine
blood, while the numerous people present cried for the commotion and prayed
in deep silence.
Annexed to this letter you can find the photographic documentation of the above-named
eucharistic miracle.
If the men don't take a decision to make amends for the serious injustice committed
with respect to me, God will intervene again to restore the truth and He will
show once again that "the first will be last, and the last first"
(Mark 10,31).
Holiness, you have the power of binding and loosing, so the positive solution
of this sorrowful story is in your hands.
While I bow to kiss the Fisherman's ring, I invoke your apostolic blessing upon
myself and upon those who love Jesus the Eucharist and the Mother of the Eucharist.
