Letter sent on 25th January 2004 by the Bishop Claudio Gatti to Cardinals, Bishops and priests of the Church: One, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic, Roman

TO CARDINALS, BISHOPS, PRIESTS OF THE CHURCH: ONE, HOLY, CATHOLIC, APOSTOLIC, ROMAN.

Dearest brothers in the priesthood,
in the latest letter of mine, dated 24th October 2003, I showed you, without a shadow of doubt, that Card. Ratzinger, Ruini and Bertone, by dismissing me from the clerical state, did an act which is morally illicit and juridically invalid, because they respected neither the Gospel, nor the Code of Canon Law.
The above-named cardinals always asserted that the Pope in person took the decision of reducing me to the lay state and he signed the decree sanctioning my condemnation. As in the Vatican and in the Vicariate has become a habit of administration ascribing to the Pope decisions taken by others and ignored by him, I asked to see the pontifical decree concerning me and to have an authenticated photocopy of it. I made this request to the three cardinals more than one year ago and I repeated it three months ago, but, as it was to be expected, I received neither a sign of reply. This prolonged silence gives me the certitude that the pontifical decree does not exist, but it is an invention of the three cardinals to get rid of a person who did not fear, even if paid personally, to defend the Eucharist and the truth. For this reason I still belong to the clerical state and I can keep on exercising legitimately and rightly functions and activities concerning the sacred office.
Moreover I ask to the Supreme Ecclesiastical Authority to acknowledge me as bishop, ordained by God. The Lord put his seal on my episcopal ordination, the only one He did in the History of the Church, after the one of the Apostles, when he performed the great eucharistic miracle during the H. Mass I celebrated on June 11, 2000.
God does not perform miracles in the hands of impostors and those who refuse my episcopal ordination oppose God.
Like Paul, who was ordained bishop by Jesus Christ after the ascension to Heaven, fought to make himself be acknowledged as an apostle (I Cor 9,2; 11,5; Gal 1,1; I Tim 2,7), I also am fighting to make myself be acknowledged as a bishop ordained by God and, like the apostle, I am slandered and defamed from the inside of the Church.
The competent Ecclesiastical Authority should consider the three cardinals responsible for the following faults:
1- They instrumentalized the H. Father and involved him, without his knowledge, in a machination to condemn an innocent, but troublesome person.
2- They abused of their authority to reach goals opposing the truth.
3- They tried to make me believe that the H. Father in person had taken the decision to dismiss me from the clerical state.
4- They ordered me to throw away the host that had bled, because it was not Eucharist, but a piece of bread.
5- They affirmed that the bleeding of the host I consecrated during the H. Mass, celebrated on June 11, 2000, was work of the devil.
The doctrine of the Church teaches and the Code of Canon Law states that the above-named cardinals incurred in the latae sententiae excommunication reserved to the Apostolic See (canon 1367) and they sinned against the Holy Spirit.
Those of you who share and approve the work done by the three cardinals, are guilty of the same crimes before God and the Church and are submitted to the same censures.
On June 29, 1972 Paul VI said that the smoke of satan had entered into God's temple.
As a matter of fact, in our midst, using words taken from the Gospel, are present: "Who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves". (Matthew 7,15; John 10,12)
To them can be addressed the invectives that John the Baptist addressed to the Pharisees and the Sadducees: "You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Even now the axe is laid to the root of the trees; every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor and gather his wheat into the granary, but the chaff he will burn with unquenchable fire". (Matthew 3,7-12)
After the creation of the latest princes of the Church, among the cardinals gathered in Rome to celebrate the XXV of John Paul II's pontificate, broke out the same sorrowful situation of the Cenacle, when among the apostles "A dispute arose: which of them was to be regarded as the greatest". (Luke 22,24)
As a matter of fact, while in public meetings the cardinals wished the Pope many years of pontificate, in concealed meetings they strongly quarrelled among them to appoint the successor of John Paul II and to share out the most important offices of the Roman Curia.
The two immediate and legitimate successors of John Paul II, especially the second one, will be particularly severe and inflexible with the unfaithful and betrayer shepherds, who will be removed from their offices and deprived of the power.
The Holy Spirit with a powerful breath will dissipate the smoke of satan and will send it back to hell.
I invite the honest and faithful shepherds, but frightened by the dishonest and arrogant shepherds, to read this letter with the same attention and respect they read the previous one, whose truthfulness they recognized and whose contents they shared.
Only few addressees, while reading the previous letter, lost their temper and struck so strong blows on the desk that turned upside down all the objects that were on it.
They tore the letter, even if, after their anger cooled down, they tried to get a photocopy.
In the Vatican, in the Vicariate and in the diocesan curias people spoke very much about this letter that was accepted and shared by the majority of clergymen who read it.
To the brothers in the priesthood who love God and the Church I say: let's draw close to the Eucharist.
After I wrote the letter dated 24th October 2003, the Lord performed two great eucharistic miracles in the thaumaturgical place.

Eucharistic miracles are God's works and even when they are ignored or fought against, they generate light, life, grace, gifts and conversions all over the world.
After each eucharistic miracle the Church becomes stronger, more united and holier.
With the eucharistic miracles that happened in the thaumaturgical place on December 30, 2003 and on January 18, 2004, the Lord wanted to show that the undersigned bishop ordained by God and the visionary Marisa Rossi live in the truth and are instruments chosen by Him to let the Eucharist triumph.
I make mine John Paul II's invocation: Mary, Mother of the Eucharist, protect you all.
I reaffirm my communion and intention to keep on working in the mystical vine with those who love the Eucharist, the Mother of the Eucharist and the Church: One, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic, Roman.
