I Claudio, ordained bishop by Our Lord Jesus Christ, having received all powers by God, after having invoked the Holy Spirit for a long time, so that he may guide, enlighten and comfort me and after having prayed insistently the Mother of the Eucharist, so that she may assist me with her motherly protection, sure of taking a decision welcome by God One and Three and important for all the Church, I think that the time has arrived to give my judgement about the trinitary teophanies and the apparitions of Jesus, Our Lady, the angels and the saints that Marisa Rossi has been having for many years now.
In addition it is my precise duty to give a judgement about the numerous and magnificent eucharistic miracles happened in the thaumaturgical place, in Rome and outside Rome.
For about thirty years I have been following with attention Marisa Rossi and I affirm before God and the Church that I have never noted in her the smallest shade of exaltation, fanaticism, deception, hoaxing, self-suggestion, hysteria, like it is written in the diagnostic judgement emitted by skilful clinicians of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" that can be synthesized as follows: "Absence of psychiatric and neurologic pathology".
I absolutely reject that in the phenomena indicated above there is the presence or the influence of the devil, because, to remove any doubt, I recited on them liberation prayers and exorcisms.
Excluding the human deception and the presence of the devil, the divine origin and supernatural presence must be recognized to be the only alternative.
The assertion of Jesus: "Every sound tree bears good fruit" (Matt 7,17) can be applied to the trinitary teophanies, to the apparitions of Jesus, Our Lady, the angels and the saints that Marisa Rossi enjoyed and to the numerous and magnificent eucharistic miracles, because they caused abundant spiritual fruits in the souls and amazing physical healings in the bodies.
Since the early 1971 I have been present at all the trinitary teophanies and at all the apparitions of Jesus, Our Lady, the angels and the saints and since 1995 I have been an eye witness of the numerous eucharistic miracles, so I can exclaim like John: "I saw and believed".
Also many people, present at the supernatural apparitions and witnesses of the great eucharistic miracles, asked by me, arrived to my same conclusion: "We saw and believed".
Each one of us can affirm: "He who saw it has borne witness, his testimony is true, and he knows that he tells the truth, in order that you believe" (John 19,35).
For the reasons explained above and for other ones left out for the sake of more brevity I decide:
1 - to recognize the supernatural origin of the trinitary teophanies and of the apparitions of Jesus, Mary, Mother of the Eucharist, the angels and the saints given by God to the visionary Marisa Rossi;
2 - to recognize authentic, worthy of faith and subject of cult the numerous and extraordinary eucharistic miracles happened in the thaumaturgical place, in Rome and outside Rome that manifested themselves in the following ways:
a) On the 14th of september 1995 the Eucharist came out of the chest of a crucifix and lay down on the stretched out hands of Marisa Rossi. On the 29th of june 1997 the Eucharist came out of the chest of the same crucifix, passed through the protective box of glass placed there for protection, without breaking it and finished its flight on Marisa's hands.
b) The Eucharist was carried into the thaumaturgical place by Jesus, Our Lady, the angels and the saints or it was withdrawn from the tabernacles of near and far churches or taken away from profanation or already profaned; in this case it showed burns, stabs of blunt instruments, lacerations caused by daggers and other signs of sacrilegious actions. The Eucharist was given to Marisa Rossi or it was deposited inside the tabernacle and on the altar of the chapel "Mother of the Eucharist" or on sacred statues, flowers, little plants and other objects. These miracles are so numerous that it is not possible to make a complete list, because it would turn out to be extremely long.
c) The Eucharist carried by Jesus, Our Lady, the angels and the saints bled eleven (11) times. These extraordinary eucharistic miracles happened on the 6th of february 1997, the 21st of february 1997, the 27th of march 1997, the 17th of april 1997, the 31st of may 1997, the 22nd of march 1998, the 17th of may 1998, the 11th of november 1999, the 16th of may 2000. The Eucharist that had bled on the 17th of may 1998 bled for the second time on the 6th of june 1999 and the Eucharist that had bled the 11th of november 1999 bled for the second time on the 18th of may 2000. I keep the hosts that bled twice, unique case in all the history of the Church, the host that bled on the 22nd of march 1998 and the host that bled on the 16th of may 2000. These four consecrated and blood-stained hosts are intact, they don't show any sign of decomposition and keep on issuing a particular scent, in opposition to the laws of nature.
d) The Eucharist bled during the holy Mass celebrated by me, soon afterwards I had said the wordings of the consecration, in the presence of many people, on the 11th of june 2000, feast of Pentecost. With this last eucharistic miracle, defined by Jesus "the greatest in all the history of the Church", God put his seal on all the previous ones. All those people who received communion with the Eucharist, carried by Jesus, Our Lady, the angels and the saints, witnessed that swallowing it, they smelt a characteristic porfume and a particular heat penetrated into them. These phenomena have been perceived for a considerable period of time.
3 - of permitting officially the cult of the Mother of the Eucharist. It is reserved to the Pope the decision of extending it to all the Church.
I recommend to the faithful to read the letters of God, because in them they can find aids and incentives to grow in the individual, family and community spiritual life.
I affirm again my obedience to the Pope and my union with the bishops and the priests who love the Eucharist and who believe that in the Eucharist Jesus is really present with his body, blood, soul and divinity.
