Consecration to Mary, Mother of the Eucharist
My God,
I believe you are One in nature, Equal in divinity,
Three Persons, present in the Eucharist.
In front of You, God One and Three, I bow down in adoration
and acknowledge you as my Creator, Redeemer and Sanctifier.
I, a small and weak creature,
raised through Your grace to the dignity of being Your child,
want to live the teachings of the Gospel,
to be a meek member of the Church,
to accept the messages
you have sent us through the Mother of the Eucharist.
My Father,
I need Your love
to give meaning, direction and purpose to my life,
I cannot do without You
in becoming Your child.
Jesus, sweet Master,
I want to know and love You more and more,
feed, sustain and strengthen
my life with the Eucharist,
bread of God, the bread of life, living bread come down from Heaven.
Holy Spirit,
give me Your light
so that I can understand, even for a moment,
all the infinite love of the Holy Trinity
being given to me in the Eucharist.
O God, One and Three,
I consecrate myself to You through Mary,
Mother of the Eucharist.
I undertake, as far as is possible,
to attend Holy Mass every day
and receive You in my heart;
I believe you are truly present
in the churches' tabernacles,
where I wish to come to praise You, adore You
and keep You company.
Mother of the Eucharist,
you who gave us your Son Jesus,
with sorrow and so much love,
while He hung on the Cross,
help me to live in grace so as to be always ready
to receive Jesus in my heart.
Amen.
